Client Care Coordinator
Location: Seneca, SC | Full-Time | Home Instead, an Honor Company
Pay: $35,000- $40,000 per year, based on experience
Bonus: Eligible for performance-based bonus structure

At Home Instead, we believe aging at home should be personal, safe, and dignified — and that starts with the right team. We're looking for a Client Care Coordinator who is passionate about serving others and thrives on building meaningful relationships.

In this role, you’ll be the key connection between our clients, their families, and our Care Professionals. You’ll guide families through the care journey, from the initial consultation to ongoing service coordination, ensuring each client receives the thoughtful, high-quality care they deserve.


What You'll Do:

  • Build trust-based relationships with clients and families, becoming their go-to resource and advocate

  • Conduct in-home care consultations and design personalized care plans

  • Coordinate services with our scheduling team and Care Pros to ensure a smooth, consistent care experience

  • Lead caregiver introductions and follow up with regular quality assurance visits

  • Proactively address concerns and recommend care adjustments as needs evolve

  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance standards

  • Participate in the on-call rotation to support clients and caregivers after hours and on weekends as needed
     


What You Bring:

  • A heart for helping others and a passion for senior care

  • Experience in client services, healthcare, senior care, or a related field

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or care platforms is a plus

  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
