Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-Hour Lunch)

As our Care Team Manager, you'll play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, supporting, and engaging the incredible caregivers who make our mission possible.

What You'll Be Doing

Recruiting Great People

  • Attract and hire exceptional caregivers who share our mission
  • Conduct interviews and help candidates find their perfect fit
  • Build partnerships with schools, community groups, and local organizations
  • Represent Home Instead at job fairs and recruiting events

Creating Amazing First Impressions

  • Guide new hires through the onboarding process
  • Lead fun, engaging, and informative orientation sessions
  • Help caregivers feel confident and prepared from day one
  • Ensure compliance with Home Instead and DHEC requirements

Supporting and Encouraging Our Care Team

  • Serve as a coach, mentor, and cheerleader for caregivers
  • Conduct first-shift introductions and regular check-ins
  • Recognize accomplishments and celebrate successes
  • Help caregivers navigate challenges and feel supported
  • Build meaningful relationships that improve caregiver retention

Quality Assurance & Leadership

  • Conduct in-home quality assurance visits
  • Provide constructive coaching and professional feedback
  • Partner with office leadership and scheduling teams
  • Help foster a positive, fun, and supportive office culture

On-Call Leadership

  • Participate in one scheduled on-call week each month
  • Support caregivers and clients during evenings and weekends
  • Receive additional compensation for on-call responsibilities

What Makes You a Great Fit?

  • You genuinely enjoy helping people succeed
  • You have strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • You're organized, dependable, and solution-oriented
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple priorities
  • You're comfortable using Microsoft Office and technology systems
  • Recruiting, HR, leadership, customer service, home care, or office experience is a plus
  • You have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  •  You're willing to travel locally to support caregivers and clients
